By signing this form, I testify that I have watched the training video, understand the video, and agree to train others before I allow them to use this crossbow. I have also been informed that many crossbow injuries come from placing and object or body part in the flight path of the string, and that this should be avoided at ALL times. I am fully aware that this crossbow has a MANUAL SAFETY, and that the safety should remain on at ALL times until i am ready to fire the crossbow. I understand that I should never face an arrow into the trigger mechanism. I am also aware that this crossbow may have a strong magnet used to keep the stock closed, and that it should not be used by someone who has a pacemaker. I further agree to hold harmless SCORPYD CROSSBOWS from any loss or injury that may result from neglect, misuse, alteration, or any other event out of the control of the manufacturer.
